1st 2025 Cycle Mania Group Ride!

Hole-In-The-Rock awaits a new year of trail initiations!

Yeah, STBVF didn't much notice one happen this year either. For the most part, you could have gone out and hiked or ridden your bike any day between December 21st and March 21st and been quite happy. And hopefully, you did! At least judging by the bike tracks in the Buena all winter long a lot of you took advantage. And that's good, because fire season is going to come early this year. Stage 1 fire restrictions in February? What's with that?

In any event, Walter is officially out of hibernation, and the trails are already in good shape and ready to ride. As such, it is time to start our regular Saturday Cycle Mania group rides. How fun! Which brings us to . . .

Pivot Demo Day, April 19, 2025, Snowflake Bike Park: Yes, the first group ride of the 2025 season is going to be a Pivot Demo Day at the Snowflake Bike Park. You can ride all the new Pivot bicycles, including the all-new Pivot Firebird enduro style bike. Or choose an e-bike! Pivot will be there with their fleet from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. that day.

The Snowflake trails seem to have something new every time we go there. There is a wide variety of terrain, from a paved walking/bike path, to smooth single-track, to technical climbs and descents, and even terrain park features. There is something there to please everyone, and Pivot has a bike for all of it! Pick up times for analog bikes start at 9:00 a.m., with e-bikes ready to ride at 10:00 a.m.

Although this is technically group ride, there is no official start time. It is kind of just . . . show up when it is convenient for you and ride what you want with who you want! Hope tons of you can make it!
