Saturday Morning in the SST's

Saturday Morning, Snowflake Secret Trails: Hey everyone! This week's group ride will take us back to the Snowflake-Taylor Secret Trails! Our jouney will consist of a 12-15 mile trek through Rick and Brandon's dream child at a nice and friendly social paced "no-drops" ride.

Intermediate MTB skills are recommended for the SST's. While they are generally approachable for most riders, the terrain is rolling and there are a few technical challenges in a few places. For the more daring, there are features to ride near the trailhead (a couple pictured here), and a pretty sizeable jump line on the far south end of the area.

The ride will depart at 7:00 a.m. from the bike park trailhead on 7th Street South at 7:00 a.m.. If you've not been there and are coming from the Show Low side, hang a left on 7th St. S. at the stoplight just past the Maverick gas station. And just keep heading straight down that road, across a bridge over a creek crossing, then up the other side until you see a wide parking area on the left.

Forecast at ride time is partly cloudy and 67 degrees. We should be done with the ride about 9-9:30 a.m. with the temperature below 80. Come join us for the fun!
