TRACKS Saturday Morning Work Day

Tomorrow Morning 9:00 a.m; Hey Everyone! Some great news from TRACKS! We have learned that TRACKs plans on doing some Saturday morning trail work this year! For those folks that grouse about how they’d like to help TRACKS with trail work, but they can’t do it during the week because they have 9-5’s, this is something we’ve been hoping to see.

The bad news is we got pretty late notice that this is starting, and the first Saturday session is scheduled in Woodland Lake Park on a new trail that TRACKS started building last fall in Woodand Lake Park. The trail in question connects Mountain Meadow Park to the existing Woodland Lake Park trail system.

If you can help, please report at the restrooms in Mountain Meadow Park by the ball fields at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.. Bring water, gloves and sunscreen. Tools will be provided. It is important that these events on Saturdays get good attendance. We’ll try to see that more advanced notice of these events gets out so you can plan it in your schedules a little better.
